Welcome to SecureCare’s Online Enrollment form!
Exciting news! SecureCare has launched a new, secure portal.
Inside the portal you have access to an enhanced, self-service online enrollment, as well as access to view your
current employees, their dependents and coverage(s). You can also lookup and print Member ID Cards.
The new portal will simplify and streamline your SecureCare experience.

We will be phasing out our current online enrollment page over the next few months. After the phase out
is complete, you will only be able to submit online enrollments through the portal.
Our secure online enrollment form allows SecureCare’s clients to submit
Enrollments, Coverage Changes, Information Changes and Terminations.
If you are an employee and would like to enroll or make changes to your
coverage, please contact your Benefits Department.
Enrollment information submitted online will be live in our eligibility system
within 2 business days. If you have any questions, please email
